I joined virgin media and I got sent a SIM card from O2 which I didn’t need Ivan I return it

If you want to return / cancel the sim you will need to also speak to Virgin Media who will reprice your contract, as the o2 sim card forms part of your Virgin Media Contract,

You will be paying for it, as a seperate DD... 

This is not customer services and we dont have access to your account

You can return it, or pop it in a drawer if you don't need it.

If you joined virgin and they sent you an o2 sim it might be that you have also been signed up for an o2 mobile plan @Lunaskye ...
