Can I change my tariff and still receive loyalty discount?

Hi all,

I'd like to change my tariff as I'm not using as much data as I'm allowed, I'd like to go down to 12gb of data instead of 18, which would be £6 cheaper per month. It says I pay just under £22 per month but I actually pay just over £16. If I change the tariff on Myo2 to the 12gb tariff, will it keep the loyalty discount I currently have or would it be best to call into o2 directly? Thanks.

@Kennedy91 I'm not 100% certain, but I believe that if you change tariff you will have to reapply for your discount. Customer service numbers here: Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

If you are just changing tariff under "change my tariff" you will keep the discount.

If you are upgrading you will lose the discount.
