I had a SIM only contract which I wanted to cancel so asked for a PAC code. I gave my new provider the code and got a final bill from O2 as my number was ported. ( a week ago) Im not happy with my new provider so is it possible to cancel the termination with O2?

No, but you can get a new PAC from whomever you are with now and come back to o2.
You might have to wait for a month though.

@Anonymous If you took out a contract with your new provider you would have to pay that off as well before you came back to O2.
