I have a samsung galaxy ace and up until recently I have been getting calls and texts come through from my friend in Ghana. However when I called them last night they complained that I hadn't responded to any texts and when they tried calling me they got a message that said "Welcome to Tesco, the person you are calling is not available."
I am aware that Tesco and o2 use the same network but my phone is definitely on o2 and I always have a decent signal so, why is it that they are getting the Tesco message and my texts are not coming through?
