Broken s8 and bad customer service!

Hi my phone is 31 days old and it will not fast charge or even charge on a slow one, 10 hours gets me to 81%. I have returned it to my local Warrington branch to be told samsungs take a long time to charge!!! And i am 1 day over the 30 day returns policy. So i have been advised to send it back to Samsung for a repair. I cannot believe I have spent all this money on a phone and it is faulty from new.
my local 02 just wanted to get me out of the store as quick as possible. I am new to 02 and gutted I took up my contract with this phone. If anyone can give me some helpful advice it would be really appreciated

Everyone on here would recommend you took it or sent it to Samsung and not let O2 repairers anywhere near it.
