Hi. I've got 3 phone contracts with yourself but one i need to change into my ex partners name if I can

You can't. Your ex partner can take out a contract, passing the credit check. Then you both can arrange to migrate across the number.

However, you could change the payments to come out of thier bank

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

Not possible to change names.

A new contract must be taken by the person and pass credit checks, thebn migrate the number.
