Blocked calls

I have had my outgoing calls blocked because even though I wasn’t due to pay my bill until next week. You don’t have live chat anymore so how on earth am I supposed to speak to someone??

You can borrow a phone, use a landline or Skype.

@Cleoriff when you live on your own and have no land line, it can be near on impossible. However, I didn’t think about Skype, so thank you

Via wifi, Steve1984. If you don't have wifi, can you get into an o2 shop and they can get your through to customer services?
