I received the data error symbol before I was aware of the network issues. and switched my phone off. I have attempted to reboot a number of time to no avail. My alarm works, the bottom buttons along with the power buttons at top also work, but my screen is still black. I would like my previously perfectly working phone fixed asap. I will be attending an O2 outlet, after work, and expect this to be resolved. I have work on my device, which I need urgently.
I am not interested in compensation. I want a working phone!
