Hi, I have a question. Some time ago, specifically on April 10. I take IPhone 12
payment monthly. And I have to pay £ 53 a month. (26 £ Airtime, 27 device plan)
I had to make my first payment by April 24th. When I wanted to do it today, it tells me that my bills have been paid. But I haven't paid anything yet. When I used the service, I upfront paid £ 150 . This means that you will first pay me my GBP 150 bills, which I paid in advance. I understand correctly?

If you paid by Direct Debit, it always shows as paid wher the payment date falls on a weekend.

It will come out on Monday Morning, unless your bank reject it.

The £150 is held as a deposit unless you fail to pay a bill, and can be requested to be returned after your 3rd bill is paid.

So if I understand correctly. So the fact that it's paid appears there every time. And when I entered a debit card when I requested a phone. So my payment will be deducted automatically. But since it was scheduled for 24 which is today on Saturday. So the money will not be deducted from my account until Monday?

You will have setup a direct debit when you setup the account, which means it come out of your bank account, 14 days after your bill date.

You don't have to pay manually.

The money be deducted from your bank around 3am on Monday morning , like all direct debits.

If it doesn't then you need to contact your bank and o2.
