I have recently left o2 but have just decided a text message with a bill to come off on the 14th of May what is this for ?

Possibly your final bill which is generated a month after you leave.

You can get in touch with Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217

Payment Management opening hours:

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm

Saturday – 8am to 6pm

Sunday – 9am to 6pm

Leave your direct debit in place and it will be collected automatically.
