I got a new phone from mobile phones direct and it comes with an o2 contract. I've selected to keep my number and didn't receive another similar card so I assumed I'm supposed to use my old pay as you go sim card. I got a bill via email for my contract, but when I try to go into the app to look at the bill and pay it ,it shows that I'm still on pay as you go. I also didn't get the data or minutes and text from the contract. How do I use my contracted data and pay my bill please ?

I would speak to Mobile Phones Direct, as if you have started a new contract and wanted to move your number across you should have had a sim card delivered with the phone.
So in the first instance speak to them.
