Bill

The site says I have an overdue bill but I paid it yesterday and the balance says £0.00
Why and which is correct?

It takes a while to clear and for the website to update. 

As long as you have paid and have a reference number, it's all ok.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

There is a section called Payment History in your MyO2 bill section, this updates as soon as you make a payment - if you feel you need to check for sure.
