Hi just want to know if I pay my outstanding amount for my bill will 02 switch my number back on as they have barred me from making calls for now does anyone know?

They will reconnect you but it can take up to 48 hours once your payment has cleared @T87 

If it takes any longer than that

You'll need to call O2.

Numbers here which are free numbers you can call using Skype if you have no access to another phone

Advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:

If you call 202, when it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.

Press 2 for Everything Else

Press 5 for More Options

Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to an advisor.

Press Upgrade, Lost/Stolen or Fraud if you have to.
