My account has been closed and have been told that my balance outastanding is £0.00
i have been given a bill of £17.08
I have called 18 times trying to sort this out, I have been promised call backs from numerous people to nothing, I have had the phone put down on me
i want this £17.08 crediting or closing off from all the stress you have caused me
