Balance query

Hi, I pay monthly. My recent bill is supposed to be just over £22 however my balance reads as £0?

Have I overpaid enough to pay this month or do I still owe the over £22 and it's an error? Thanks

Hi @Rachel2790 

We have no access to your account. If you have always paid £22.00 then you are not overpaying. Check your bank to see whether your payment was taken early due to the BH.

However, you do need to call O2.

Give O2 a call on 202  or 0344 809 0202.
