I can't use my Phone, the balance is paid and at £0, I called Friday and your advisor could not do anything, I was told it would be 3 days to get a technician or manager to call me. This is unacceptable as I rely on my phone.isnt this breaking your contract as you are not providing me with a service I pay for?

Having exactly the same problem and have been for a few days. Calls resumed yesterday for 6 hours and have been barred again this morning. Already been having this problem since 3rd September. Told up to 72 hours. Ridiculous! Considering leaving the service is declining rapidly from all areas.
