i dont understand these things either, and getting know where with o2.
i have been a customer for many years but three week ago i change my phone from 3g to 4g and now in places were i never had a problem with 3g i do with 4g. i have just down loaded the TU go app and the wifi app i will try using them and hope they dont cost me anything. but it is rather annoying when you pay for an improvement and things get worse. o2 has never had the best coverage in the mobile phone department i though 4g would make it better.
if anyone can tell me what im doing wrong please do
malcolm
If 4g is weak in your area you are better to turn it off and stick to 3g.

Hi Malcolm,
I just canceled Virgin because the signal was crap that was EE 3g, thought i would try o2 as i am going abroad soon to Europe if the signal is this crappy in uk i have no chane of using it in greece or Estonia.
What a mobile provider signal is like in the uk will not reflect what you get in any other country each country is a separate company (by provider ) and has no reflection on signal strength !
