What is shown for your exact postcode on the coverage checker http://www.o2.co.uk/coveragechecker or the live status checker http://status.o2.co.uk but o2 do not release future network upgrades to the public

Hi Raymond
i dont understand these things either, and getting know where with o2.
i have been a customer for many years but three week ago i change my phone from 3g to 4g and now in places were i never had a problem with 3g i do with 4g. i have just down loaded the TU go app and the wifi app i will try using them and hope they dont cost me anything. but it is rather annoying when you pay for an improvement and things get worse. o2 has never had the best coverage in the mobile phone department i though 4g would make it better.
if anyone can tell me what im doing wrong please do
malcolm
