BBM on Pay as you go with bb curve 9300

I have a BlackBerry Curve 9300. The phone I have had for nearly 2 years now and it was on contract with T-Mobile but it ran out so I went to pay as you go on O2. The phone is unlocked and I've been using a pay and go go go since I got it. I have been paying £10 for this each time and its been great. But I added the BlackBerry Bolt on of which should allow me Internet, BBM and Email on my BlackBerry Smart Phone. But I topped up around 20 minutes ago with £15, enough to pay for my £10 tariff and £5 for the bolt on. I have the minutes and texts, but my Internet, email and BBM is still not working and yet the money has been taken off my credit and it says that it is ready to use on my account on the web but still it doesn't. Although I have also not yet got a text saying O2 has taken the money for the bolt on even though they clearly have. Anyone able to help me? Thanks.
