Ascend G300

Hi Guys and Gals

Long story short I had my uninsured Contract phone stolen and decided to replace it with a Ascend G300. This is a Voderphone only phone but the good guys at voderphone sorted it out that I got a contract phone so when I put my O2 sim in it would work. Only prob is I cant get the internet to work.

Voderphone say speak to 02 to get the settings and 02 say we dont recognise the device so we cant get the settings for it. I can use Wifi but im paying for 500mb of data a month that I cant use and cant receive MMS.

Please can someone help me. 

P.S I have tried texting Active to 2020. That just says the it wasn't successfull (which kinda makes sense).
