Anyone know why when I'm clicking on upgrading my watch it is saying I am eligible to upgrade so long as I'm happy to pay the remainder of my device plan however it doesn't show me any devices to upgrade to, I have recently upgraded the mobile phone for the number that is linked to the watch only yesterday is this the problem? Confusing because when I attempt to upgrade the rest of my devices including the number I've only just upgraded it displays devices

You need to contact O2.

Or 202 from your O2 mobile.
Advice from an O2 Guru to get through:
When you call 202, you will be asked for the reason you are calling.
Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Or you can upgrade in store.
