Annual SIM only plan

I hav a SIM only plan which is reviewed/renewed every May.  Normally O2 call me to discuss my options.  I cant  get through to anyone to speak to .  I dont want my June bill to arrive and find the monthly costs have gone up - not sure what to do

Go to your MyO2 and upgrade your plan yourself http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2

Hi there @LSM , it would be lovely to hear how you're getting on with your tariff and if you managed to either discuss with CS or do the upgrade via My O2 as advised above? Let us know if you have any other questions the community could help with!
