I got an email: We've received your order. You're all set.

Thanks for your order - it's now full steam ahead at our end.

We'll process your order as quick as we can, so it will be in your hands
before you know it. And if you're itching for updates (which we're sure
you are), keep an eye on your inbox for news of its progress and
delivery (...)

Does it mean my contract has been accepted? I placed order yesterday, @7.30pm and still didn't hear any news from o2.
I got few email about T&C, etc. as well.

Am I approved or not?

Thanks x

@Elendarion Hi, nobody on the forum would know, I would guess that you have been approved if you have not received a msg to the contrary though.

Hi @Elendarion

They may still be doing a credit check but it sounds promising. As long as you read the email about T&C's that means you have digitally accepted them.

Of course the order you placed needs to be in stock. O2 don't run a live stocking system. The next time you hear anything (if accepted) will be when the phone is despatched. You will then be able to track it in

MyO2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2

If you want to be sure you have been accepted then call O2. All numbers are in this guide Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
