I have recently left o2 due to the price hike. It was a 3rd party contract with airtime only.
Have just received a refund for £3 from o2. Can someone tell me do you receive an email with the final bill? I no longer have access to my02 account via the app as contract now cancelled and my02 on the website isnt showing anything.

Yes, you will be emailed your final bill within 30 days.
