Airtime cancelled following price hike - question re final bill

I have recently left o2 due to the price hike. It was a 3rd party contract with airtime only. 

Have just received a refund for £3 from o2. Can someone tell me do you receive an email with the final bill? I no longer have access to my02 account via the app as contract now cancelled and my02 on the website isnt showing anything.

Yes, you will be emailed your final bill within 30 days.

You can also get in touch with Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217 or 0800 032 5302.

Payment Management opening hours:

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm

Saturday – 8am to 6pm

Sunday – 9am to 6pm
