Airtime Bill

Can you please explain why my airtime bill is almost £25 a month, but if I upgrade my phone to a (marginally) better deal on data and exactly the same on minutes and messages, this would only cost me £18? As a long term customer this disappoints me! That amounts to quite a large sum over the course of a phone contract!

Competition with other networks and MVNO's mean they will always offer better deals for the same or less money
