Hi,
I hope someone can help after upgrading to an iPad the SIM for my iPad has taken over my number (which I have had for years, used in a mobile phone to make and receive calls etc.). I had a SIM only contract (purchased my handset outright). Is there anyway that a new SIM card can be put into the iPad with a different number and I’m able to get my old number back as a SIM Only plan? I don’t have the option to upgrade unless I pay off the device plan for the iPad. Can O2 put a divert on calls to my mobile number to another number whilst this is will hopefully be sorted? as call feature is not in my current plan I can't setup divert on my handset. I innocently assumed a new SIM number would be assigned to the iPad when ordered and I could continually use the SIM in my phone to make and receive calls as normal.
Thank you

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 using the links below, they should be able to help you with this
or give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202
