Hi all - So my wife's contract with Aerial Direct is coming to an end finally! (I have 3 numbers directly with O2), is it easy to transfer from Aerial Direct to an O2 contract retaining number etc on my account? Will O2 assist with that transition?

@markrs I don't think anything is easy with Aerial Direct. They're a pretty hideous O2 'trusted partner' with a terrible reputation. I would speak to customer service (hopefully you get someone with a working brain cell), and run it by them.

When it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say 'Upgrade', 'Lost/Stolen', or 'Fraud' if the suggestion above doesn't get you through.
Best time to call is 8 am.

You need to speak to Aerial Direct, as you dont have a direct relationship with o2, so CS will just bounce you back to Aerial...
What I would do is get the PAC code from them, and then move it a none o2 network (PAYG) and then port it back into o2, I know this is convoluted but is the best way to get away from Aerial Direct and its a clean break...
