I’m trying to order an accessory but my billing address is different to my current home address so the payment isn’t going through because the card is registered under a different address then i need the item delivered to, how do i change that ?

You can't as this is a security feature to prevent fraudulent card use.
Maybe the sales team can help you message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)

If you are a current O2 customer you can contact O2 and arrange to have it delivered anywhere in the UK.
If this is your first order with O2, they will only deliver to your registered address.
