Hello. I am a old customer to 02. I do have a problem at the moment. I have been away from uk for few months. I wasn't able to pay my bill for last 3 months cause i didn't have any money on my card . At the moment my account is suspended i can't use the phone number i can not get into my account either to log in to see what do i have to pay . Can you please help me out with this . Thank you

This is not Customer Services @Georgiana7 - you will need to cal O2 free from any phone and talk to someone in their specific Payment Management team, the free-call number is - 0800 902 0217.
Payment Management opening hours:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

@Georgiana7 To add to the advice from @pgn, keep in mind that apart from paying what you owe, you may have to pay a reconnection fee, or O2 may ask for the entire amount of the months remaining on your contract to reinstate you.
