Hi,
I was wondering how long it takes to hear back from Fraud Department. I moved from O2 PAYG to O2 Monthly and ordered a new phone in the process. I received the phone and transferred my number to my new monthly plan and my account was flagged for fraud. I don't know why or what is happening but this morning I received an email saying they disconnected my phone number immediately. I am waiting to hear back from the fraud department and I have no clue how long to wait or if I should keep chasing up on it.
