It appears I have an old account and created a new one. `both accounts have been merged by O2. However, depsite only having the sme mobile number forsome 20 years now, the O2 system tells me there is no record of my mobile on ANY account wih O2!
Any help gratefully reeived.

Have you checked your account using the My O2 link? This should give you up to date info on mobiles and numbers etc

Hi @Anonymous you need to contact business customer services. It sounds that they might have to create your account again. Unfortunately my O2 will not pick up on business account details automatically like it does with the consumer contracts, all access and changes has to be done my CS or your account manager , if you have one. Hope this helps

So have to ask here @Anonymous how you know the OP has a business account? I have re-read the opening post and can see no mention of it at all ?

well sme is a type of small business account...but I've now read it again and it may be a spelling error...hum...it may be some...

Strange - I assume you are paying O2 occasionally? If so where is that money going if O2 have no record of any account? Do you not get monthly bills with account numbers on?
