Hi there,
I have relocated and would like to cancel my subscription with O2 after a year and a half of a very pleasant experience and happy customer. I tried to log into my account but because I’m not longer in the UK, I could not access my account as I can’t receive the text to verify.
Please could you assist me with either accessing my account via email verification or assist me in cancelling my subscription.
