ANY CUSTOMER LOYALTY AT ALL FROM O2???

Has anyone ever had any sort of customer loyalty from o2? been with them for 12yrs and every yr its the same.. this yr i went to upgrade my phone to 5s online, £42 a month 24mnths, free handset. i had a problem and couldnt complete order. come back today to finish the order and it wont let me order from the basket as its now £29.99 extra for the handset...

spoke to o2 after a 20min wait and theyre not interested as usual.. pretty annoyed tbh

They operate a fair deal Policy

Both existing and new customers get the same deal.

No such thing as loyalty now I'm afraid.

I'd suggest going into an O2 shop or ring them on 202 from your mobile or seek out deals at an independent such as CPW.

yeh its probably time for a change anyways, they're signal in my town has gone poor for some reason over the last 12mnths.

Updating their network..soon you should have full all the time. Best offers I always get from customer service, usual much better then from the shop even online. Give them call and try, wont cost u peny.

haha gets better, had a chat with an adviser online, they can't offer any past deals, even though its still in my basket, only new deals. i was very polite, but did mention the new deals are just price increases? as soon as i asked about when my contract ends and enquired about when to contact about cancelling, o2 ended the chat!! saved the session for future ref

They are non uk outsourced call centres who are generally ok for low level non account enquiries.
