Hi. I have just purchased a Samsung Galaxy Plus 5G phone on contract with 60GB of data per month, unlimited calls and unlimited texts. I have received my welcome letter from O2 today and it says I'm on a 4G Tariff. I expected to say that I'm on a 5G Tariff, with purchasing a 5G ready phone within my contract. Does this mean my tariff won't allow me to use 5G when in an area that supports 5G? Many Thanks and Kind Regards, Terry

You must have been sent an old letter template.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
