Hi,

Currently on a pay monthly SIM only deal (double data with Virgin).

I need a new phone, currently have a Samsung Galaxy A03s which doesn't have NFC (I checked the exact model number, and no, it doesn't have NFC!)

Looking at getting a Samsung A14 5G.

I assume I will need a new SIM? Is this easy to do with O2??

TIA,

Mick

Yes it is easy to do, and the sales team can do it over the phone, or your best bet is to do it in Store to prevent your current sim been disabled by o2's stupid new policy on sims.
