This number contacted me via text saying my bill had failed to process, I have 2 contracts with O2, both payments went out fine according to my online banking
Assuming it’s a scam?
I don’t have access to the my O2 account of one of my contracts though so a little worried

It's a well known scam.
Block the number and report it free to 7726.
