40% discount offer legit?

Had a couple of calls from a London number offering me a 40% discount on my monthly account due to my "good payment history".  Just have to click on a link they sent by SMS. This legit or another scam. When I challenge them they get a bit antsy but just thought I'd check on here if anyone had anything similar. If it is legit how do I access it 🙂

Block the number and report it free to 7726.
DO NOT follow any links or enter any information.
