24 month contracts

I'm ok with having a 24 month contract but not that it's gone up twice in 6 months already. To me the point of a contract is it stays at a fixed price. Won't be renewing with O2 as I never had this problem with my old provider.

I think you are mistaken about the frequency of price increases.

The last one was 12 months ago and the latest one hasn't kicked in yet.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

I've only had this phone since Sept and my contract has gone up twice since then. I may be including one that hasn't kicked in yet, but I'm afraid I'm not wrong about the fact that my contract has already increased once in that time period.

I appreciate that. I am simply unhappy with the frequency of price increases given that I had none at all in several years from previous providers nor have either of the contracts I have from other providers for my children increased at all during the last eighteen months.

Honestly, there have NOT been any price increases since Sept 2013.
Have you queried this with Customer Services?
