2 part question regarding upgrade

A) can I change my phone I have ordered on upgrade via the internet that is due to be delivered in store?
B) if I can't change, can I just cancel.

I haven't received the phone and now I'm not sure, I've done fast track online which states I have seven days to change my mind.yet in store they say you can't change your mind on fast track.

Yes you can cancel it within 7 days you may be able to change it you would be best speaking to customer service on 202

Just in case there are any issues later:

Under the Distance Selling Regulations if you order an item online you are able to return the item for a refund (not including delivery charges) within 7 days of receipt. The staff in store have got it wrong.
