Currently in my cooling off period. This morning I decided to move back to my previous network due to poorer signal where I work using O2. I requested the PAC from O2 took out a new contract with previous network but have noticed that my 14 day period with O2 expires tomorrow (Sunday) and my new sim is not being delivered till Tuesday. Will I likely be charged exit fee's and If so is there anything I can do to avoid them?

Regards,

Nick

@ntoutzi

You may be charged the exit fees of the full price of your contract, as just requesting a PAC code doesnt cancel the contract it is when the PAC code is accepted by the new network, and the port completes.

So you could end up with paying off the contract, best thing to do is speak to o2 Guide: How to find help & contact O2  and see what they can do for you, if anything..
