02 legacy team number disconnected

Used to use 0800 902 0217 to get through to legacy as I have a complaint with o2. With ombudsman was told they would have maintaince till today however tried now says that number is closed .is there a new number for legacy team or someone that can look into my issue

I’ve been told by O2 that there is an internal issue and to contact them again end of August. Sounds like they’ve cut all contact to legacy team until this ‘issue’ is resolved
