02 gone down the pan

Really cheesed off with 02, now, been with them for 8 years, going to cancel my contract now as i cannot get them on the phone (constantly busy) and i dont want to speak to a robot on the net, all i want to do is change my phone, useless, they really dont care for the customer anymore.

If you cancel your contract you will have to pay off any months that are still remaining. Are you trying to call on 202 from your mobile?

Have to agree I am doing the same. Been loyal to them for more years than I care to remember and they are no better now than the rest of the mobile world companies.  Really disgusted.

You're only disgusted because you have been told the word no, when you tried to change a phone after 7 weeks, O2 weren't going to allow that.

Hi al56.

Perhaps visit your most local O2 high street shop to upgrade. This way you have a chance to walk away with the phone of your choice if it's in stock.
