Hi. Recently finished paying off a contract and need some advice. I havent been using the phone so unaware of any problems. But ive been emailed today i owe £78? 78 for what? Is there a process of cancelling your airtime bill or whatever becus i thought if u just stop using it thats that. Anyyway tried to phone customer service and payments but got an automated message saying to either pay the £78 i owe which i dont know what for or pay whenever im ready? The airtime was always 30ish so whats this 78? Anyyway i no longer use the phone so how do i cancel the airtime or whater? Thanks in advance.

@MS5 Just stopping use of the phone doesn't cancel the contract.

No it doesn't automatically stop, as detailed in the guide that @Bambino has already pointed you towards.
