If o2 owe you a refund, do not believe them when they say 5 working days, I have been chasing now for 2 weeks and just keep getting fobbed off, now I have to wait a further week whilst they investigate, best way is ring your bank and get them to a charge back on the transaction for non supply of goods or services, this only takes hours for you to get you money back, o2 will just keep you waiting

If you make an official complaint they will look into it for you and you may also get a goodwill gesture for compensation too http://www.o2.co.uk/how-to-complain

Customer services are a joke, I have been chasing a refund of over £200 for nearly 2 weeks, I have had false promises and fib offs to an extent I never thought possible, now I am being asked to wait a further 3 to 5 days whilst they investigate, they took the money instantly, Amazon refunds take 48 hours, o2 will hold onto your money as long as they like, this is criminal.

Hi there,

You're not the first or last person O2 have done this to, it's their "policy" and most of us think it's wrong and needs sorting out.

Unfortunately we're just customers like yourself and can't help get it sorted any quicker.

You could Google "O2 ceo" and email that office giving a phone number to contact you on. You will get a call back.

Also put in a complaint, I'll pop back with a link for you to follow.

Hi @Anonymous I do appreciate your anger and frustration but there is no need to start two separate threads

about the same topic. http://community.o2.co.uk/t5/Pay-Monthly-and-Pay-Go/Refunds/m-p/919097

Having said that I hope you get sorted soon..:smileywink:
