When is your anniversary date as allowances won't renew until then?
If allowances should have renewed, check in your MyO2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2
If you have allownces, check that mobile data is enabled on your phone and check if there are any local issues here O2 Service Status
For anything else not covered, call customer service on 4445.
