I am going abroad on holiday in July, my data never seems to work away, can you help?

i just topped up today and i’ve been using my 4g not a lot, but then i got a grey tab saying i’ve used all my spending cap today, i haven’t seen this before but it won’t let me turn it off

i topped up £10 on my phone yesterday, just tried using my 4g but it’s not working?
