Hi!
I have topped up my number yesterday for £15, I have got the email says that my account has been successfully topped up. However, there is no money on my account, tariff did not renew, I can't find any of the support on the page as all I can do is chat with an automat. I have no service as my tariff is not on so I cannot call the support. Does anyone know what to do in this situation? Thank you in advance for every tip!!!
