Solved: preloaded sim

hi

just bought new sim, having problems getting texts and calls,

called customer services who say no credit, when asked about pre loaded credit said would

see about it then after 15 mins waiting i hung up. i text balance witch came back £00.0

followed just after text saying 7gb unlimited mins & text ??
