Hi,
Another porting issue! 

I tried to switch from Voxi to o2 over 24 hours ago and now I don't have any service. 

Can someone please help me.

Keep rebooting your phone every so often, @timothyt - if the Voxi SIM is now inoperative and your O2 SIM is not showing the old number, reach out to O2's Social Media Team today for help, use the link just below this post - ports are slow, and do not happen over the weekend. And today is Friday... Good luck!

Can someone please help me with this? Issue still not resolved. o2 social media is useless. I have a phone interview today and I can't take the call. What a disaster...

Now the o2 sim card I wanted my Voxi number on has reverted back to the original o2 number. My old voxi number / sim card is still disconnected. Why is this so hard to do? 

 

Can someone please help? It is the same story from everyone at o2 that it will happen in the next 24 hours and here we are a week on....

What did O2Sarah tell you? She is not on tomorrow, but @O2Ryan is on from 8am and will need to ask similar questions to Sarah's in order to follow up with customer services on what is happening, @timothyt.

Sarah has just said it should've been done over the weekend and she was now going to escalate it to the port team. I feel like I am back at the start now
