Hi all,
new O2 member here come over from Giffgaff just a few wks ago & already "struggling" a little so need a little bit of help pls .

I joined with a £10 bundle SIM package from local shop which has already ran out of data as I've had to reset my motoE5play & redownload my apps etc etc

I wanted to add more data but my options seem limited & quite expensive tbh.....so I thought hey just "upgrade" your bundle/package.....but no go unfortunately my account page states I've selected the £15 package but that it won't activate until sept 16th.......pls help someone xx

If you want to start your new bundle early you need to call 4445 to speak to O2.
